Will there be someone on-site to assist me with services ordered from the I-X Center?

When services are provided by the I-X Center, a representative will be available onsite for exhibitors to contact. Some events will include a service counter open during certain hours. In the event the window is not open, exhibitors may email exhibitorservices@ixcenter.com at any time with their request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payment in full must be received at time of order. Credit will not be given for purchased services that are not used. All orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled in writing and received by the I-X Service Center thirty (30) days in advance of the first event move-in date. I-X Service Center shall not provide any refund for cancelled orders within thirty (30) days in advance of the first event move-in date.

Do you provide carpet?

Carpet is handled by the decorator. Please contact the decorator for carpet rental related questions.

Do you provide cleaning services?

Cleaning services such as vacuuming or periodic porter service can be order through the I-X Service Center.

As an exhibitor, can I unload by own booth?

Yes, regardless of your booth size.

Is electrical included in my booth?

Electrical is not included in your booth unless indicated otherwise by show management. Please click here to order electrical services.

Who handles technology services at the I-X Center?

SmartCity provides all internet and telecommunications as exclusive services within the center. All technology services can be ordered here.
