Online Event Information
With more than 500,000 website visit each year, IXCenter.com is a great way to promote and provide attendees with additional information about your event. When your event is booked, we’ll add it to the event listing on our website with the following information:
- Event name and logo
- Show dates and hours
- Link to event website and/or to purchase tickets
- Approved photos and video
Whether you are inside or outside at the I-X Center, our digital screens are located in prominent, high traffic areas displaying high-priority messaging to grab the attention of our attendees.
When you’re event is booked, we will feature your event the opportunity for 10-second advertisements on a 6-minute average rotation on 15 of our Indoor Billboards. Our inventory includes 17×10 and 30×17 flat screens and column wrapped screens.
Our one-of-a-kind outdoor ExpoTron video display towers 60 feet in the air–the billiant 2-sided display spans 47’wide x 40’tall, delivering over 1,800 square feet of messaging potential for your event. We’ll guarantee 78,000 impressions per day.
Social Media Marketing
We’ll expand your reach into the digital world through our social media channels. Once your event is booked at the I-X Center, one of our marketing team members will be in touch to collect assets for a detailed social media plan of action. Additional Marketing Resources
All events at the I-X Center receive placement in the I-X Informer, our monthly email for venue subscribers and local media. We’ll also feature your event on the homepage of IXCenter.com along with an event press release.
